I interview Licensed therapist and Burnout coach Laurie Brassie from Denver, Colorado.  Laura owns a coaching practice, where she helps exhausted, high-achieving Millennial women address burnout and move forward with clarity and freedom. She shares her journey through burnout and how she overcame it.  Laurie shares the differences between burnout, secondary trauma, and compassion fatigue. A discussion on the double; trauma therapists are encountering going through the pandemic and processing it with our clients at the same time COVID is addressed.  She discusses strategies for managing compassion fatigue including dimensions of wellness.  “All is well and all will be well.”
